Please note that simply changing an order status to “Cancelled” in WooCommerce does not itself guarantee that a payment has been refunded; the applicable refund must also be processed through the payment/payment-gateway system.

Where an order contains multiple products, Khan Studio may, at its discretion and subject to the order status, allow cancellation of individual items rather than the complete order.
